The Lobby Menu or Lobby Selector is a menu that allows you to access different lobbies. It is represented by a clock. Switching lobbies can be useful to reduce lag, or in the event of lobby maintenance.
The server you are on is represented by a Block of Emerald, and other servers are represented by Blocks of Iron. If a server has more than 80 players on it, and you aren't currently on it, it will be represented with Diamond Block but not as Iron Block.
There are more than 110 Lobbies, and each can accommodate a maximum of 80 players. Only the first 54 Lobbies are displayed, the reason being that Minecraft does not allow menus with more than 54 spaces. The rest of the Lobbies are inaccessible through manual selection. The rest can be accessed using /server Lobby-#.
