King of the Hill is one of three Lobby Games on Mineplex that was released on August 12th, 2015. In King of the Hill, players battle opponents in order to control and light up the hill by their respective color.
Gameplay
Anyone can join the game anytime by just going into the Main Lobby an typing /team <color> in the chat and then going over to the desert island.
After joining a team, the player gets equipped by leather armor of the said color. After walking over to the island, the player receives a sword.
To capture the hill, the player has to stand on the capture point; the game works similaly to Dominate. Players can kill each other. When a player is killed, they get send back to spawn and have to run back to the island. Double Jumping is allowed.
The game is also never-ending.
